How to make a reservation?
You may call 1.800.388.4110 from any where in the Tri State Area, or reserve on-line through our secure reservation system.
How much notice is required to make a reservation?
Golden Crown Limousine suggests that you book a reservation 24 hours in advance to ensure a car will be available. However, we can often provide unscheduled pickups. You may call us or check online for same-day availability.
How much notice is required to cancel a reservation?
Golden Crown Limousine requests that our customers cancel their reservations at least 2 hours in advance for Manhattan pick-ups and 6 hours in advance for all pick-ups.
Cancellations made after the requested time-frames are subject to cancellation fees.
Do you provide meet and greet service at Airports?
Yes. You can request a Meet and Greet service (Inside pickup) and your chauffeur will wait for you at baggage (domestic flights) or outside Customs (International flights) with Golden Crown Limousine sign and your name on it.
Do you check flights for arrival times?
Yes. Golden Crown Limousine verify the arrival time for your flight. As long as you remain on the same airline and flight, you do not need to contact us-we will check the flight.
Only in the event that you changed airline, or flight, will you need to call us and give us the new information for your pick up.
If I have already booked a service from the airport, what should I do once I land?
After you retrieve your luggage, please call us with your confirmation number so that we can direct you to your car. Your driver will pick you up within minutes at a designated curbside meeting point located right outside your baggage claim
Do you offer special corporate limousine services and pricing?
Our company will offer special corporate services and discount pricing. Usually this includes no minimum hourly requirement. Depending on the service requests and the volume of limousine rentals, we will work with corporations and mid-size companies to provide limousine services that suit their specific needs and requirements.
